The Department of Trade and Taxes, Govt. of Delhi on July 27, 2026, notified regarding the extension in the GSTR-3B Filing Due Date for March 2026.
The Department has extended the due date for filing FORM GSTR-3B for the tax period of March 2026. Exercising powers under Section 39(6) of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Commissioner has extended the due date from April 20, 2026 to April 21, 2026 for registered persons required to file returns under Section 39(1) read with Rule 61(1)(i) of the Delhi GST Rules, 2017.
The notification came into force on April 20, 2026.
